Loan Approval & Documentation
Once your loan is approved, we will reach out to collect all necessary information and documentation to ensure your target closing date is met. We will also provide additional details on closing costs and fees required to finalize your loan.
Deal Closing
BAM provides the funds needed to secure your property and kickstart your initial repair budget while providing you with the final amounts required to secure the loan. After closing, our team will be there to help ensure your project is a success and completed within your desired loan term.
